Google have launched their new URL Shortener service named - goo.gl . At least for now, it is only used for Google Toolbar and Feedburner. In near future people will be able to use with other Google products also. I think for this new service from Google , Bit.ly is going to loose some profit. I just found that FaceBook is also

Yesterday I have finished building Google Chromium OS from source. I was little bit curious about that. After running the image in VirtualBox, truly I can say one thing - I am not impressed. You can't do anything without your browser. Because it is developed by Google. So people have to use there products through browser.

Google have released their Transliteration[1] service for most of the major South Asian Languages including (Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu etc.). Tonight I was just browsing Google Labs site to see what's new Apps from Google. Then I found this one. It is new. Released on November 16, 2009. Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala has been released today. I have taken some screenshots from Bangla localized Ubuntu desktop. I found some bugs. Most of the time "Ubuntu Software Center" and "Empathy" crashed, so I could not take any screenshot of those. "Ubuntu Software Center" is added from this release. Hope Ubuntu people will fix these bugs very soon.

Latest Ubuntu 9.10  Karmic Koala will be released on October 29, 2009. So only 6 days to go. Here are some ubuntu countdown timer.

My day start with a good news today. After taking my prayer I opened the Daily Prothom Alo website. 1st news was " উইজডেনের বর্ষসেরা টেস্ট ক্রিকেটার সাকিব আল হাসান "(Wisden Test Cricketer of the year Shakib Al Hasan). He made proud all Bangladeshi.
